As a technical architect in the web technologies domain, you will be responsible for:
- Architecting Solutions/ Products using Java/ J2EE Technologies
- Providing Technical Coverage to various projects
- Leading the Technical Team
- Understanding and clarifying Project Requirements
- Communication/Expectation Management for External Team
- Ensure Adherence to Delivery Schedules and Quality Processes
- System testing, Interaction with QA/ Other departments

- Developing Technology Skills for team members
- Issue Resolution from the technical stand point
Candidate Profile
- Should have experience in Full Life-Cycle software development. Hands on Experience in Java Technologies like Java/J2EE (Servlet, JDBC, JMS, EJB), JSP, MS SQL, MySql. Web development tools like HTML, JavaScript, CSS and XML technology. Well versed in OOPS and OOAD and Design Patterns. Strong technical and non-technical communication skills, including strong verbal, written, analytical, interpersonal and estimation skills.
- Experience with technical concepts, planning and tracking, managing project inter-dependencies and managing resources is essential. Skills in client relationship management and ability to manage, direct and command respect from team members. Must be able to engage in broader discussions of the IT strategy as well as in technology discussions.

Job Description
- Strong knowledge of C, C++ on Unix Platform
- Good understanding of Object Oriented Programming
- Familiarity with data structures, multi-threading and shell scripts.
- Good understanding of various operating systems, real time systems, layer-2 and layer-3 networking protocols is a must
- Be flexible and adaptable to changing environment that might require task re-assignment from time to time.
- Some knowledge and hands on experience in VOIP and SIP (not mandatory but prefered).
- Design & Development of Network Elements on GSM/IN(ISUP,MAP,CAP)/SS7/VOIP Platform.
- Development in C/Solaris/Linux
- Exposure to technology in any of the areas like ATM (UNI, PNNI), AAL#, VOIP (RTP, RTCP, H.323, SIP), SS7, IP routing protocols like (PIM, OSPF, RIP etc), VPN protocols, MPLS Protocols.
Candidate Profile
- BE/BTech/BSc./MCA/MSc./MTech./MS Degree in any of the sciences or engineering curiculum from a recognized University.
- Telecommunication Domain Experience in design and coding skills.
- Relevant experience of 2 years or more in C++/ Unix with total experience of 3 years in IT
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
